> Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production and Shipping after full payment (me)
Q2: Can I get a product sample?
A2: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q3: I'd like to know the specific delivery process.
A3: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q4: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A4: It will need 5-7 business days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
