1. Are you factory or trading company?
We are manufacturer with more than 30 years experience on embroidery patch.
2. Can I do custom patches?
Of course. Welcome OEM or ODM orders. Moreover, we can provide you free design service.
3. If I can get free samples for quality check before placing an order for mass production?
Yes. We can offer you samples for quality checking with sample fee and freight. Sample fee can be refund or offset on mass production order. If only check sample picture,
4. What is the lead time for sample and produciton?
Generally it takes 3-5 working days to do sample. After confirmation on sample, we'll finish production within 3-10 working days. it will prolongs few days in peak season.
5. What is your payment terms?
30% or 50% prepay for sampling and production. 100% payments before shipping.
6. What is your quality control process?
We do 100% QC after production and spot checking before delivery.
7. How long it takes for shipping?
We will ship the parcel via UPS,DHL,Fedex or others. And update you tracking number once available. Delivery time depends on express courier.
