2: What is your MOQ? Do you accept mini orders?
Answer: The minimum order quantity varies with different products. Usually the range is 20~5000PCS, welcome to order!
3: What is your payment terms?
Answer: 50%-70% Deposit , Balance before delivery.
4. What is the sampling time?
Answer: The sampling time after confirming the design is 3-5 working days.
5. How about the production time?
Answer: 7-15 working days for mass production. If you need urgent items, please contact us.
6: How long does it take to get my order after I have paid?
Answer: We will ship your order via UPS,DHL,FEDEX,normally. Delivery time depends on the mode of shipping.
You will receive the tracking number once your package has been shipped.
7: What's your quality control percentage?
Answer: As the quality, please be assured, we will have the strict QC before the shipment many times, and also our sales will go to the package room to check the quality again by ourselves. if have found the bad products,we will send them to factory again and make it again.then ship the best to you.
