4. We will send you the sample photos for confirmation.
5. After receiving your full payment, we will we start mass productions.
6. Delivery: By courier services(DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, SF etc. ), under your account,or we can locate less expensive and reliable one for you.
7. After-sales service. Once you or your clients get the products, please always keep us updated so we know if anything needs to be improved.

Q1: If I want to see the artwork, if I need to pay the artwork fee ?
A: No, you needn’t , we could offer the free artwork for you to see your product’s effect.
Q2: I need my product very urgent, how fast could you produce it?
A: Please don’t worry, generally our production time is 7- 15 working days. for most item, we need 5-9 days when in rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check the schedule and then arrange the fastest production time for you.
Q3: if I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
A: No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design
Q4: I don’t know the effect when it finished, I am afraid to place the mass order, could I get a product sample?
A: Of course. Don’t worry, before the mass order, we could help you to do the sample first, when sample finished, we could send the picture to you, when you confirm it, and then the mass order could be start.
